Francis G. Reyes (Boerum Hill office)

Antoine Hitti, PT, DPT

Dr. Antoine Hitti is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, healthcare advocate, and co-founder of Optimum Health Physical Therapy (OHPT), with more than 17 years of experience helping patients recover from injury, overcome pain, and return to the activities they love. Recognized for his expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, sports medicine, and patient-centered care, Dr. Hitti has built a reputation as a trusted clinician and advocate throughout New York City.

As co-founder of OHPT, Dr. Hitti has dedicated his career to delivering high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy while promoting patient access to care and clinical excellence. His compassionate and individualized approach allows him to develop meaningful relationships with his patients, empowering them to achieve their rehabilitation goals and maximize their quality of life.

Dr. Hitti currently serves as Vice Chair of the Brooklyn–Staten Island District of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) New York Chapter. In this leadership role, he works to strengthen professional engagement, advance advocacy initiatives, and support the growth and development of physical therapists throughout the region. He is also a member of the SPARC (State Payer Advocacy Resource Consortium) Communications Joint Operating Committee, where he collaborates with colleagues across the country to educate providers on payer issues, reimbursement challenges, and advocacy strategies affecting private practice physical therapy.

Beyond his professional association leadership, Dr. Hitti serves as an Independent Healthcare Investigator and Healthcare Advocate for providers and members. He is actively involved in examining healthcare policy, insurance practices, reimbursement issues, credentialing concerns, utilization management, and barriers to patient access. His work focuses on promoting transparency, accountability, and fairness within the healthcare system while supporting both healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.

A passionate advocate for the physical therapy profession, Dr. Hitti believes in advancing provider autonomy, strengthening private practice, and ensuring that patients maintain access to high-quality, cost-effective rehabilitation services. He frequently participates in professional education, advocacy initiatives, and industry discussions focused on the future of healthcare delivery and reimbursement reform.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hitti is an accomplished endurance athlete whose personal commitment to health and fitness enhances his understanding of injury prevention and performance optimization. He has completed numerous athletic events, including the New York City Marathon, Spartan Races, Olympic Duathlons, and multiple Century Bike Rides throughout New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and the Catskill Mountains. His firsthand experience as an athlete provides valuable insight into the physical and mental demands faced by active individuals and competitive athletes.

Dr. Hitti earned his Physical Therapy degree with honors from the Lebanese University and later obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican University New York. He remains committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in continuing education programs, conferences, and professional workshops to stay at the forefront of clinical innovation and evidence-based practice.

Known for his leadership, integrity, clinical expertise, and dedication to advocacy, Dr. Hitti continues to work tirelessly to advance the profession of physical therapy, improve healthcare delivery, and help patients achieve their highest level of function and wellness.

Ana Espinosa (Bay Ridge office)

We are excited to introduce our highly skilled physical therapist Ana Espinosa, who brings over 15 years of diverse experience to clinic. As a trusted expert, she specializes in assisting patients with injury recovery and enhancing their physical capabilities. Ana is committed to providing personalized care and developing tailored treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Jane Ordoñez (Bay Ridge office) 

Jane Ordoñez is a graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines. She has been practicing physical therapy in an outpatient setting and has treated a variety of cases including neck and back injuries, chronic pain, sports injury pre and post surgical cases, as well as neurologic and pediatric conditions since 2010. Before moving to the US, she worked as a home health physical therapist and did volunteer works in a geriatric facility. Jane believes in a treatment centered around the patient's goals and focuses on personalized patient care in order to help them get back to their normal way of living.
 

Outside of the clinic, Jane enjoys singing, dancing, cooking, finding new places to eat, and spending time with friends and family.

Mathilda Capa DPT (Boerum Hill office) 

Mathilda is a dedicated physical therapist from Cebu Doctors' University, having earned a degree in Physical Therapy and entering the field in 2018. Since then, she has passionately practiced physical therapy, making a significant impact in various specialized areas of care.

Early in her career, Mathilda volunteered at a military station hospital, where she specialized in orthopedic cases, providing vital care and rehabilitation to patients recovering from injuries. This experience deepened her expertise in musculoskeletal therapy while also honing her ability to work in high-pressure environments.

In addition to hospital work, Mathilda has worked extensively in home physical therapy, helping patients across a range of specialties, including neuro, pediatric, and geriatric care. Through this work, she has developed a unique skill set, tailoring rehabilitation plans for diverse age groups and medical conditions.

Outside of work, Mathilda is an adventurous spirit, always seeking new outdoor activities and challenges. Whether it's hiking, exploring nature, or engaging in any form of adventure, she finds joy and fulfillment in embracing the great outdoors.

With a strong commitment to improving the lives of others, Mathilda continues to grow as a professional and enjoys the balance of a fulfilling career with a love for adventure and exploration.

Vivienne Renee T. Jubay (Bay Ridge office) 

Vivienne brings a global perspective and a heart for patient connection to the OHPT Bayridge team. Originally from the Philippines, Vivienne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the prestigious Velez College.


With a diverse clinical background, Vivienne spent a year and a half specializing in pediatrics, where she earned certification from the Philippine Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. This experience shaped her patient-first philosophy, focusing on helping individuals of all abilities regain their independence and confidence.

Currently, Vivienne is particularly passionate about treating patients recovering from low back pain, sciatica, and post-operative knee surgeries, such as ACL reconstructions. She is a firm believer in lifelong learning and is constantly looking for new certifications to further enhance the care she provides to her patients.


When she isn’t in the clinic, Vivienne is an avid reader of fiction, a puzzle enthusiast, and loves exploring the world on road trips.
