Francis G. Reyes, PT (co-founder)

Francis is a New York State board certified physical therapist. He has been practicing his profession since 1997. He is committed to helping patients with various orthopedic and sports-related injuries. He is proud to have helped many patients return to a normal, pain-free, and quality life.

Antoine Hitti, DPT, MCMT (co-founder)

Antoine has been practicing physical therapy since 2006. He specializes in manual therapy and in the rehabilitation of sports injuries. He previously worked for various outpatient offices in New York City. He was also an active member of the NYC Marathon Medical Team.

His vast experience in treating patients with pain syndromes has led him to seek further educational advancement in the challenging area of manual therapy.

Antoine is a Certified clinical instructor for Physical Therapists & Physical Therapists Assistant. Antoine is an active athlete, has participated in various sports events such as Spartan Ultra, & Beast races, NYC Marathon, Olympic Duathlon, Century Rides in Delaware, NYC, NY, NJ & the Catskills. 

Antoine received an honors degree in Physical Therapy from The Lebanese University & a Doctorate degree from Dominican College of New York. In addition, he completed his training in MCMT (Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy). Antoine is also a certified clinical instructor and has been sharing his experience with tons of Physical Therapy & Physical Therapy Assistant students over the years. 

Antoine believes in quality care. That is why he has joined our team of therapy professionals–to utilize his knowledge and expertise in a setting where patients always come first. He believes that “Patient motivation is a key ingredient in the patient’s physical therapy rehabilitation.”

Feliz Batoy, DPT (Bay Ridge office)

Feliz Leona Clemente Batoy is a licensed physical therapist and a certified clinical instructor based in Brooklyn, New York. She was born in Baguio City, Philippines, where she attended college and graduated as an academic scholar in 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. During her college years, she participated in the school chorale, cheerleading competitions, literary musical competitions, and medical missions.


Feliz passed the Licensure Examination for Physical Therapists in the Philippines in August 2013. She then started to work as an affiliate physical therapist at Saint Louis University Hospital of the Sacred Heart for four years. There, she was mentored by Dr. Romeo O. Abiog MD, DPBRM, FPARM, FPSA, whom she acknowledges as the biggest influence in her career. 

In that same year, she also became a faculty member of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in her alma mater. In April 2016, she passed the NPTE and received her license as a physical therapist in New York. 

Feliz’s passion and desire are to help patients achieve and regain their optimal function. She believes that this is her purpose, and she will continue to pursue it one day at a time.

Czarissa Casalme, DPT

Czarissa Casalme is a licensed physical therapist based in Brooklyn, NY. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University, Pennsylvania. She also received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Velez College in the Philippines and graduated with honors.

Czarissa has been practicing physical therapy in an outpatient setting and has treated a variety of cases including neck and back injuries, chronic pain, sports injury pre and post surgical cases, aswell as neurologic and pediatric conditions. Before moving to the US, she worked as a home health physical therapist and did volunteer works in a geriatric facility. Czarissa believes in a treatment centered around the patient's goals and focuses on personalized patient care in order to help them get back to their normal way of living

Outside of the clinic, Czarissa enjoys running, reading, finding new places to eat, and spending time with friends and family.

Mark Jayson Nacionales DPT (Bay Ridge Office) 

Mark Jayson Nacionales is a licensed physical therapist based in Brooklyn, New York. He took Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Pines City Colleges and passed the licensure exam in the Philippines in 2012. He was a physical therapist at Saint Louis University Hospital of the Sacred Heart where he honed his practice in different settings such as In- Patient, Out-Patient and Home Health. He was also a physical therapist at Notre Dame de Chartres Hospital to further his clinical practice and work with different disciplines. Jayson passed the NPTE in August 2018 and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Montana in 2021.

He has broad experience in orthopedic, neurologic and sports injuries. Jayson is committed to help patient's achieve their goals, improve their function and be a part of a healthier community.
